Security First
All data had to be stored within Saudi Arabia's borders, requiring an Azure Saudi Arabia region deployment. We implemented full audit trails, role-based access control, and encrypted data at rest and in transit.
RTL & Arabic-First Design
The platform needed to work flawlessly in Arabic RTL mode. We built the UI with RTL as the primary direction, with LTR as the secondary — not the other way around, which is a common mistake.
Integration with Government Systems
We integrated with several government APIs and data sources, each with their own authentication protocols and data formats.
